Epiphone ES345 Stereo Semi-Hollow guitar with variotone circuit - like the Lucille model.
Can be used in regular mono also, but the stereo is a nice option to have.
Finished in Arctic white with Gold hardware and a Bigsby Trem.
These 345s are quite rare - I've never seen one before and they give a huge range of tones thanks to the variotone circuitry.
The action is very nice, all the electrics work without any crackles and it can handle drive tones very well also. The neck is a chunky D shape and full in the hand. Frets are in very good shape and there is no buckle rash on the guitar and no chips in the finish.
There is some tarnishing to the gold hardware which happens with use and the only other thing to mention is some lacquer cracking on each side of the nut on the headstock. This is common to a lot of Epi 335s and is where there has been some flex in the wood over time. The neck is rock solid and holds tune well. Where headstocks break from impact damage is much further up the headstock so this is nothing to worry about, but I like to be honest in my listings. Last two images show the lacquer cracks.
Comes with the original Epiphone Hard Case.
A rare and great playing guitar.
