Stunning 1969 Original Gibson J45 Acoustic Guitar.
 
In lovely condition, with no major body damage or big dents. A few marks here and there as you would expect from a 55 year old guitar but structurally sound, lovely low action and beautiful tone. There is some light fret wear in the first position but otherwise excellent all round.
 
The nitro sunburst finish has some lacquer checking which adds a nice patina. 
 
This particular guitar has been owned by Clive Metcalfe for the last 20 years. Clive was a founding member of the group which became Pink Floyd. He is also the composer of "A Summer Song", which has been broadcast over 3 million times in the USA and was featured on Men in Black 3. So some great history to go with this wonderful instrument.
