Yamaha FG312 1970s 12 String Acoustic Guitar In very good condition for the year.
 
The body has one very small dent (6-7mm) by the soundhole and a screw hole where a strap button was once fitted at the base of the neck - can be replaced for you if you would like one. Other than that, just a few small age related marks on the spruce top and body.
 
Some light fretwear but loads of life left in them and the rosewood fingerboard looks very nice. It's just been lemon oiled. The guitars a bright and open tone and has just been restrung and the frets polished. Neck is straight and it has a nice action.
 
The nut has a small chip on the bottom e side but doesn't affect the playability of the guitar. The bridge has also been replaced at some point as it is a little smaller than the original. It's set up well and doesn't move, but you may wish to change that at some point.
